  1、首先取材方面不能用普通的紅豆,而是專門祛濕的赤小豆,因為赤小豆才是中藥,具有清熱利濕的作用。

  2、将赤小豆和薏米清洗後熱水浸泡一小時,薏米性寒,赤小豆和薏米晾幹後可先将薏米倒入無油無水鍋中翻炒至焦黃色,

  3、将浸泡翻炒後的赤小豆和薏米倒入鍋中,加入适量水、冰糖,煮兩小時即可。
