涼拌手撕杏鮑菇的做法

  1、200g杏鮑菇洗淨,沸水鍋隔水蒸15分鐘至熟透。

  2、萬能涼拌醬汁:生抽3勺、醋2勺、蚝油1勺、1勺蒜末、1勺小米椒圈、半勺尖青椒圈、一點點花椒粉,少許糖(不加也行),拌勻。

  3、蒸好的杏鮑菇放涼後,手動撕成細條放到盤子裡,倒入涼拌汁拌勻即可。
