香菇燒排骨步驟

  1、材料:香菇,排骨,姜片,醬油,咭汁。

  2、将排骨,香菇洗淨過開水,去泡沫。

  3、放入姜片,蓋蓋後,上高壓大火燒有氣後,5分鐘後關火。

  4、等氣放完,加入醬油,咭汁,不加蓋,中火燒滾,醬油着色後,加下洗淨,切好的香菇。繼續燒,當稍微收汁以後加一小把冰糖。再開大火收汁水即可。
