  1、食材:沙律汁2湯匙,辣椒粉1湯匙,檸檬汁2湯匙,辣椒粉1湯匙,玫瑰露1湯匙,蒜茸少許,魚露1湯匙,生抽1茶匙。

  2、将豬頸肉洗淨瀝幹,同腌料拌勻腌制約半小時。

  3、将肉放在燒烤架上用炭火慢烤至金黃熟透,取出切成薄片。

  4、佐料拌勻,用以蘸吃即可。
