清炖鲶魚怎麼做

  1、原料:鲶魚,豬肥瘦肉,大蒜,冬筍,鹽,料酒,味精,胡椒粉,香油,高湯,香菜,蔥段,姜片。

  2、鲶魚去黏液切成塊放入盆中加鹽,料酒,胡椒粉打底味兒,豬肉切成小丁,冬筍切片飛水待用。

  3、炒鍋上火,放适量油,燒至7成熱是放魚塊炸隻金黃色取出。

  4、原鍋留底油,放豬肉煸炒出香,放大蒜,蔥段,姜片繼續煸炒。

  5、放高湯,燒開後放冬筍片和炸好的鲶魚,加料酒,胡椒粉,鹽,味精,轉小火少至湯汁成談黃色後放入湯鍋内,上面撒香菜即可。
