  準備食材:鴿子、蔥姜、紅椒、黃酒老抽、糖、鹽。

  鴿子洗淨,蔥姜紅椒起油鍋,爆炒鴿子。

  放入黃酒、老抽、糖翻炒。

  加開水沒過鴿子,煮開,改小火。

  小火30分鐘,加鹽調味,大火收汁,裝盤即可。
