  1、馬鲛魚切段,用鹽抹上腌一個小時。

  2、抹姜末和料酒,腌半小時。

  3、洗幹淨,用廚用紙吸幹水分。

  4、鍋裡燒油,七分熱下鍋煎。

  5、煎一分鐘後轉中小火再煎幾分鐘,然後翻面煎。

  6、馬鲛魚煎兩面微黃就可以裝盤了。
