  1、食譜一:蜂蜜、番薯、水果、牛奶:食材:地瓜100g、蛋黃1顆、面粉約40g、各式新鮮水果少許、蜂蜜3大匙。做法:地瓜去皮,切片狀,入蒸鍋内蒸軟,再迅速搗成泥狀,加入蛋黃及面粉拌勻;分成約30g每個壓入蛋塔模,烤箱預熱160度烘烤20分鐘左右;各式新鮮水果切丁或切片,排在烤好的地瓜塔上面,再淋上蜂蜜即可享用。

  2、食譜二:青菜火腿蛋餅、餅幹酸奶、蘋果。食材:青菜火腿蛋餅1個、餅幹酸奶1杯、蘋果半個。做法:将雞蛋打散,加入面粉、切碎的青菜末(青菜最好用葉的部分,這樣會比較軟)和火腿末,少許鹽,攪拌均勻;鍋燒熱,加少許油,把以上材料攤成餅,煎至兩面金黃即成;餅幹切小丁,與酸奶攪拌即成。
