  1、豆腐幹切條易入味。

  2、鹵水一盆,移火上燒開,用剛鹵過豬蹄或肉的鹵水,更香。

  3、放進豆腐和少許鹽大火燒開。

  4、轉中小火鹵二十分鐘,火不要太在,小火慢鹵。

  5、鹵好的豆腐不要急于出鍋,等自然冷卻更入味。

  6、裝盤淋上香油,撒上香蔥即可。
