  1、主料:豇豆200g。調料:食鹽适量,料酒适量,生抽适量,調和油适量,元貞糖适量,十三香适量。

  2、腌肉末:适量料酒、鹽、白胡椒粉,攪拌均勻,腌5分鐘。

  3、豇豆洗淨切丁。

  4、熱鍋涼油,放豇豆丁,中火翻炒。

  5、豇豆炒熟後裝盤備用。

  6、鍋内放少許油,放肉末,炒幹水分。

  7、倒少許生抽上色,倒入炒好的豇豆。放鹽、糖、十三香,調味再翻炒一會即可。
