  1、主料:肉皮2張、蘿蔔1個、蔥1根、豆腐乳1點、花椒面1點、姜2片;鹽适量、生抽1勺、麻油1勺、紅油1勺;

  2、備好食材,鍋中冷水放入肉皮姜煮;

  3、蘿蔔削皮切片;

  4、這時可以把蘸料配上豆腐乳、生抽、紅油、花椒面、麻油等放入碗裡備用;

  5、肉皮煮香時倒入蘿蔔,煮到軟爛;配上蘸料即可。
