  1、準備材料:雞蛋2個、榨菜适量、溫水适量。

  2、首先雞蛋打碗裡攪拌,加入一倍量的溫開水再拌勻,下少許榨菜。

  3、然後把雞蛋液的泡泡去掉,然後用保鮮膜封住,在膜上戳幾個洞。

  4、蒸鍋裡水開後放入碗,蓋上蓋子中火蒸十二分鐘。

  5、榨菜蒸蛋蒸熟後,焖一會兒再拿出來。
