蒜苗臘腸怎麼弄

  1、備好食材:四川臘腸,蒜苗;蒜苗摘去老葉、黃葉,清洗幹淨;香腸用淘米水清洗一遍,再用清水洗淨;

  2、煮鍋倒入清水,放入香腸;大火燒開,轉中火,香腸煮熟後關火;

  3、香腸撈出,冷卻後切片;蒜苗梗、蒜苗葉分别切斷;

  4、不粘鍋放入适量玉米油燒熱;

  5、再放入香腸煸炒;

  6、香腸煸炒出油份後,放入蒜苗梗繼續翻炒;

  7、食材炒至9分熟,放入蒜苗葉繼續翻炒;食材炒熟後,調入适量鹽,翻炒均勻,關火;

  8、起鍋盛出,【蒜苗炒臘腸】做好。
