  1、紅苕洗淨煮(蒸)粑後去皮,抽去苕筋;糯米、大米泡脹後磨細壓幹。

  2、将米粉子、粑紅苕一起揉拌均勻,扯成若幹小團。

  3、面粉、芝麻分别用微火炒熟,拌白糖、豬油揉勻制成心子。

  4、将苕、米小團包心後搓圓壓扁,入油鍋内炸呈黃色,浮泡後起鍋。
