  1、大米洗淨,瀝幹水分,或用廚房紙吸幹大米表面水分。

  2、大米倒鍋中,鍋裡不加任何東西。小火慢炒,筷子不停翻炒,大米均勻受熱。翻炒過程中由白色變黃,直到把米炒成褐色,米就炒好了。

  3、炒出香味即可出鍋。
