  1、材料:火龍果5個,雞蛋清2個,白糖150克,精制植物油約50克,面粉、濕澱粉各适量。

  2、火龍果去皮後切塊。

  3、雞蛋清打入碗内,加入面粉、溫澱粉,用筷子攪成糊狀。

  4、炒鍋置火上,放油燒熱,将火龍果塊挂糊後投入鍋中,炸至呈金黃色,用漏勺撈出,瀝去油。

  5、炒鍋置火上,放入白糖,加清水,用手勺炒攪,待白糖變成紅色并起小泡時,倒入火龍果塊,灑入清水.将鍋翻炒幾下,出鍋盛入盤中即成。
