  1、主料:烏雞半隻,當歸3克。輔料:紅棗5顆,枸杞子少許,桂圓少許,黨參2根,姜少許,鹽少許。

  2、準備所有配料,洗淨,生姜切片。

  3、烏雞洗淨切塊,所有配料放入砂鍋最下面,烏雞放在砂鍋最上面。

  4、加入适量清水,注意,水一定要一次性放夠,後面加水的湯就沒那麼好喝。了,大火煲開後轉小火煲1.5小時。
