照燒年糕的做法

  1、年糕250克、植物油1勺、小蔥1顆、照燒醬60克。年糕切條狀;小蔥切末,蔥白蔥綠分開。煮鍋倒入适量清水煮開,放入年糕煮至8分熟,撈出用涼開水沖洗,瀝幹水分。

  2、不粘鍋倒入适量植物油燒熱;放入蔥白炒香;放入照燒醬翻炒。

  3、将照燒醬炒出香味,需時時翻攪。放入年糕,裹上照燒醬。煎至收汁,年糕表面有脆皮即可關火,撒入蔥綠。
