  1、将容器洗淨擦幹。避免容器不幹淨導緻髒物進入蛋中,把水燒開放入鹽攪拌至鹽全部溶解,冷卻備用。水要燒開,不能用生水,不然容易産生異味。

  2、将雞蛋擦幹淨,放入壇中,将冷鹽水倒入容器中至全部浸沒為止。面上加20ML白酒,蓋嚴。20天左右後就可以開吃了。
