  1、将黑芝麻30克揀去雜質,淘洗幹淨,晾幹或曬幹,用微火炒熟,趁熱研成細末,備用。

  2、将黃豆40克淘洗幹淨,用清水浸泡8小時。

  3、用家用粉碎機研磨成漿,用潔淨紗布過濾,将所取漿汁放入沙鍋,大火煮沸後,改用小火煨煮15分鐘(以不溢出為度),加入紅糖30克,并調入黑芝麻細末,拌和均勻,即成黑芝麻豆奶。
