  1、材料:冬瓜200g,豬排骨100g,香油、蔥、姜、花椒、食鹽、味精各适量。

  2、做法:冬瓜去皮,洗淨,切塊。豬排骨洗淨,剁塊。蔥洗淨,切段。生姜洗淨,切片。花椒研細。将豬排骨放入鍋中,加清水适量煮沸後,去浮沫,下冬瓜及蔥、姜、椒等調味品。煮至排骨、冬瓜熟後,下食鹽,味精,再煮一二沸即成,最後淋上香油。
