蘑菇炒蘆筍怎麼做

  1、材料:蘑菇(鮮蘑)100克,蘆筍200克。調料:姜5克,鹽2克,白砂糖2克,香油1克,胡椒粉1克,澱粉(豌豆)15克,色拉油15克。

  2、姜洗淨切片;

  3、澱粉加水适量調勻成濕澱粉備用;

  4、蘑菇洗淨抹幹水,切片;

  5、蘆筍取嫩處,洗淨切2厘米長段,主入開水鍋中煮2分鐘,撈起用清水浸冷,瀝幹水;

  6、鍋架火上,放油燒至五成熱;

  7、煸香姜、蘑菇,再下蘆筍炒數下;

  8、加入精鹽、白糖、麻油、胡椒粉、素湯45毫升,炒幾下,勾芡即成。
