酪梨芒果醬烤鲑魚

  1、材料:辣椒粉21/2茶匙,香菜粉(芫荽粉)2茶匙,鹽3/4茶匙,去皮去骨鲑魚片(每塊約168克)4塊,大芒果1個,去皮後切成1.5厘米見方的小塊,酪梨1個,去皮後切成1.5厘米見方的小塊,罐裝鷹嘴豆75克,沖洗後瀝幹,香菜(芫荽)25克,檸檬皮絲1茶匙,鮮榨檸檬汁2湯匙,橄榄油2茶匙,莴苣(生菜)葉450克,撕成小片

  2、紅辣椒粉、香菜粉和鹽放入碗中拌勻,舀出2茶匙擦在鲑魚上,使調料滲入魚肉,然後将鲑魚片魚皮朝上放入烤盤。

  3、在碗中剩下的調料中,加入芒果、酪梨、鷹嘴豆、香菜、檸檬皮絲、檸檬汁和橄榄油,攪拌均勻。

  4、鲑魚放入烤箱,離火約15厘米烤5分鐘,至嫩熟。上桌前,把鲑魚片放在莴苣葉上,淋上酪梨芒果醬。
