叉燒醬烤排骨如何做

  1、用料:豬大排350克、叉燒醬2湯匙。調料:醬油2湯匙、醋幾滴、蔥1根、姜1小塊、蒜1個、料酒1茶匙、蜂蜜1/2茶匙、白芝麻适量。

  2、姜蒜切碎,大蔥切小段後,拍扁切絲;

  3、盆裡放入所有原料攪勻;

  4、放入排骨裹上調好的醬料 ;

  5、用蓋子蓋好,碼味2小時;

  6、入味後取出,包上錫箔紙 ;

  7、烤箱預熱180度中層,上下火,20分鐘;

  8、取出,拆掉錫箔紙包,放回烤盤排好;

  9、刷上植物油,入烤箱8分鐘;

  10、撒上芝麻粒,美味的叉燒醬烤排骨就做好啦!
