  1、首先将雞爪處理幹淨洗淨。

  2、起鍋燒水,冷水下入雞爪,加入料酒、生姜。

  3、水開後繼續煮兩分鐘,撈出雞爪備用,起鍋燒油,放入姜片、蒜片翻炒,再放入雞爪一起煸炒。

  4、再放入桂皮、豆瓣醬、醬油、生抽、幹辣椒、以及蒜片攪拌均勻,最後大火收汁即可。
