  1、材料準備:将蝦剝皮去頭留尾,蒜黃切碎,豬肉剁碎

  2、将豬肉、蒜黃攪拌均勻,加入少量鹽和1小勺醬油,加入胡椒粉後攪拌均勻

  3、将肉料等抹到餃子皮中,将蝦用長牙簽穿入(沒有長牙簽可不用)後用餃子皮包住

  4、鍋裡倒入油,放入包子皮抱着的蝦煎至兩面金黃即可
