  1、食材準備:主料:去皮五花肉150克,青椒100g,小米椒50g。

  2、調料:醬油30克,香油50克,雞湯75毫升,澱粉75克,芝麻5克(焙好),鹽适量。

  3、制作步驟:将去皮五花肉洗淨切成小薄片,用醬油腌好;新鮮的辣椒洗淨切成小片。先往鍋裡放少許食油,燒熟,放入醬油腌好的五花肉,炒熟後均勻置于盤内。重新起鍋,将辣椒幹炒,至表面起焦皮時,再放入食油,用猛火炒,然後再倒入剛剛炒熟的五花肉,依個人口味加入适量調料,拌入少許香油,攪勻即可。
