炖甲魚湯需要什麼材料

  1、食材:野生甲魚1隻,老大鴿1隻,木耳少量;蔥、姜、米酒、白湯、鹽、白胡椒粉各少量。

  2、野生甲魚清洗後,放開水中稍燙,刮淨黑皮膚和黏液,剁去爪尖,剁碎件預留;幼鴿清洗,沸水稍燙,剁碎件預留。

  3、蔥清洗弄成結,生姜切成片備務;木耳淨泡後洗掉細沙,掰成小朵預留。

  4、炖鍋裡加白湯,放進清洗的野生甲魚、幼鴿,火災燒滾,去掉白沫子後,加上料酒、蔥、姜、白胡椒粉和木耳,轉慢火炖40分鐘上下,放鹽調料就可以。
