  1、将雞腿切塊,将雞塊放入盤中備用,青椒去籽切塊,放入盤中備用,紅椒切塊放入盤中備用,将雞塊放入碗中,碗裡放胡椒粉1克、鹽1克、料酒5克、醬油5克抓拌均勻,腌制15分鐘。

  2、鍋中倒入植物油,穩油五成熱時放入腌制好的雞塊,炒幹雞塊水分,放入姜片、蒜片、蔥段、香辣醬炒出香味,放入青椒塊、紅椒塊、白糖、胡椒粉1克、鹽1克、雞精、料酒5克、醬油5克,翻炒五分鐘,裝盤完成。
