  1、食材:茼蒿500克、鹽15克、蔥30克、姜50克、醬油15克。

  2、把菜洗淨,蔥姜蒜切好。

  3、鍋裡放水,下姜蒜。

  4、水開後,放入茼蒿。

  5、茼蒿焯好瀝幹水分。

  6、放生抽,鹽,糖,蒜末,淋上橄榄油。

  7、油淋茼蒿裝盤即可。
