  1、青椒去蒂切段,生姜、大蒜切成末,将鍋燒熱,把辣椒段投入以中小火炕幹水分。至皮起皺,且微焦時起鍋,将鍋中加油,油溫後加入姜末和蒜末炒香。放入辣椒翻炒均勻,調人醬油、鹽、白糖和香醋中火炒香均勻入味,兌入水澱粉炒至亮色,再滴入香油,出鍋即可。

  2、虎皮辣椒是是一道色香味俱全的名肴,屬于川菜系。此菜辣中帶甜,香脆爽口。主要食材是青椒。辣椒含有豐富的維生素等,食用辣椒,能增加飯量,增強體力,改善怕冷、凍傷、血管性頭痛等症狀。
