  1、魚翅提前一天用溫水浸泡,其間換3次水,至魚翅吸飽水變軟。

  2、宰好的鴿子肉洗淨斬塊,焯水撈起沖淨。

  3、紅棗洗淨拍扁去核;枸杞子洗淨。

  4、煮沸清水倒入大炖盅,放入所有材料,武火煮20分鐘,轉小火炖兩至三個小時。因有火腿,先試味再下鹽,即可享用。
