  1、備五花肉等食材,将五花肉切成片,準備蔥姜蒜等佐料。炒五花肉,放入蔥姜,倒醬油翻炒,倒入酸菜翻炒。倒入開水,加鹽等調味品,悶炖後繼續翻炒即可。

  2、大白菜腌漬的酸菜切成的火柴梗子粗細的絲,幫白葉綠,久煮不糜。用特制的高湯,放入爆炒過的五花肉文火炖出的酸菜豬肉。肥而不膩,可口的香氣繞屋脊。
