  1、準備材料:鲷魚、紅白蘿蔔、魚骨、味噌、蔥、味精。

  2、鲷魚(或其它新鮮魚骨)切塊,入開水氽燙撈出,再用清水洗淨;

  3、紅、白蘿蔔分别洗淨,均切成細絲;

  4、鍋内入水1/3杯燒開;

  5、再将紅、白蘿蔔絲煮軟;

  6、續入魚骨煮滾,去除泡;

  7、将味噌、 糖、味精置小漏勺内,以木棍(或湯匙)拌勻,立即熄火盛碗,并撒上蔥花即成。
