  1、用料:剩米飯1小碗、大閘蟹1隻、食用油2湯匙、雞蛋1個、蔥1段、姜1塊;

  2、大閘蟹蒸熟。

  3、大閘蟹拆下肉和蟹黃,一定要有耐心。

  4、炒鍋油熱後放入雞蛋炒至凝固。

  5、放入蔥花、姜末炒香,放入米飯、鹽,放入蟹黃和蟹肉,不停翻炒,翻炒均勻即可關火,享用吧!
