  1、做法:内脂豆腐整塊倒入蒸盤中,用筷子在中間插上12下插出小洞,洞中放入鹽和味精,上籠猛火蒸90秒取出待用。淨草魚片放鹽、味精碼味後用生粉和雞蛋清上漿,蓋在蒸好的内脂豆腐上,再入蒸鍋猛火蒸90秒取出。炒鍋上火,入雞湯、青紅椒末、鹽1克,勾流芡淋在内脂豆腐上,撒胡椒粉、大蔥絲、淋5克沸油,放一片香菜既成。

  2、營養價值:此菜十分漂亮,用勺挖着吃,魚肉香,豆腐嫩,成本不高而極具檔次。
