  1、準備好一盆面條,一把油菜,一碗綠豆芽,兩顆雞蛋,準備一個碗,将雞蛋打入碗中攪拌。

  2、炒好雞蛋,放入綠豆芽和油菜,放入适當的鹽,胡椒粉,辣椒粉,雞精,豆瓣醬,翻炒均勻。

  3、放入面條,進行翻炒一分鐘,最後在出鍋前加入孜然面。
