  1、食材:雞翅4個、大米100克、胡蘿蔔10克、蘆筍3根、西紅柿1個。

  2、雞翅表面割兩刀斜口,加入姜片、醬油、糖抓勻,腌制半小時。

  3、蘆筍焯水切丁,胡蘿蔔切丁,西紅柿切片,去掉姜片。

  4、不粘鍋刷油,放入雞翅,煎至兩面金黃。

  5、大米清水洗淨,放入電飯鍋,加适量清水,撒入胡蘿蔔丁、蘆筍丁,放入西紅柿和雞翅煮熟。
