  1、将揉好的面醒發五分鐘,五花肉、雞胸肉、筍切塊,鍋燒熱,倒入蔥、雞胸肉、筍,煎炒。

  2、倒入雞精、鹽、糖、老抽、少許水,倒入面粉水收汁,盛出後放涼。

  3、把面擀成包子皮,把餡兒放在包子皮上,兩邊捏緊,放入鍋中醒發20-30分鐘,然後用沸水蒸八分鐘。
