  1、瘦多肥少的豬前腿肉一斤洗淨切小塊,切姜沫若幹,洋蔥半個,蔥段少許,放入适量白糖鹽,鮮抽,黑胡椒粉,孜然粉,十三香,食用油兩勺,料酒腌制抓勻。封上保鮮膜放入保鮮存放2小時以上或者一晚上充分入味!

  2、鍋加鹽燒水煮下簽子并充分浸泡,防止烤時簽子焦掉!烤箱180度預熱五分鐘!

  3、串串時一塊瘦一塊肥,每塊肉間隔少許空隙,烤盤鋪上錫紙,刷油,依次放上烤串,烤串刷油刷上烤肉醬,味道更鮮美,每烤5分鐘翻面一次,依次撒上孜然粉,辣椒面,白芝麻。大概烤20分鐘即可了。
