  1、材料:花甲150公克,姜絲少許,蔥末少許,鹽少許,米酒1小匙。

  2、花甲提前用淡鹽水浸泡吐盡泥沙後洗淨備用。

  3、取鍋倒入450㏄水煮滾後,放入花甲、姜絲,待蛤蜊打開後,放入所有調味料拌勻,加入蔥末即可。
