  1、把豬肝,瘦肉,豬腰,蔥花切小長丁。

  2、放料酒,鹽,蚝油,黑胡椒,一點點的醬油調鮮即可,攪拌均勻備用。

  3、鋪好豬網油,放攪拌好的肉卷起,裡面的肉不要太緊。

  4、熱油至6-7成熱度,太熱會容易散,而且外面糊了裡面沒熟。

  5、調好合适的面粉糊包裹春卷。

  6、慢火炸至金黃即可 。
