蘆筍炒肉的做法

  1、主料:蘆筍(200克),豬裡脊肉(200克),香菇(幹)(15克),調料:大蒜(10克),醬油(8克),澱粉(玉米)(5克),味精(1克),鹽(2克),植物油(15克)。

  2、豬裡脊肉洗淨切薄片;

  3、豬裡脊肉片放入碗中加醬油、水澱粉抓拌均勻,腌制10分鐘;

  4、蘆筍洗淨切斜段;香姑洗淨切片;

  5、鍋燒至五成熱倒油,将腌好的肉片放入鍋中滑一下,盛出;

  6、熱鍋留适量油燒熱,爆香蒜瓣,将肉片放入翻炒;

  7、加入蘆筍、香菇、少許清水一起拌炒至熟,加鹽、味精調味即可。
