糯米豬肚的做法

  1、先将糯米浸泡半小時,淘洗幹淨,瀝水,加鹽、黃酒伴一下,備用;

  2、然後将豬肚洗淨,放入沸水中,加點黃酒,焯一下,除掉血水及腥味;再将糯米放入豬肚内,用線把口縫好;

  3、最好向鍋中加水,姜片、黃酒,把豬肚放入鍋中,文火炖爛,即可調味食用。
