  1、材料:牛蒡1支,胡蘿蔔30公克,蒟蒻條150公克,白芝麻适量,姜絲适量,麻油适量,沙拉油适量,金平醬150㏄。

  2、牛蒡以刀背刮去表皮,刨成細絲浸泡冷水;紅蘿蔔去皮切絲,備用。

  3、熱鍋,倒入适量沙拉油,放入姜絲炒香,加入作法1的牛蒡絲、蒟蒻條略炒。

  4、加入調味料炒勻,再加入麻油、白芝麻拌炒一下即可。
