  1、首先将魚清洗幹淨瀝幹水分後切塊,然後撒鹽倒入少許料酒進行腌制半小時。

  2、起火鍋内放入少許油将魚塊依次放入鍋内,将火調至小火慢,煎至3分鐘後翻至另一面。

  3、待煎到魚塊兩面金黃色,擺盤撒上辣椒粉和孜然粉和蔥花即可出鍋了。
