胡蘿蔔木耳餡餃子的家常做法

  材料:胡蘿蔔300克、油50克、鹽少許、雞蛋4個、木耳300克、五香粉适量、青菜5根、面粉一碗。

  做法:

  1、将胡蘿蔔去皮擦成細絲後剁碎,木耳泡發洗淨後剁碎;

  2、将雞蛋打散,倒入鍋中滑炒,炒成小丁後關火,放入蔥花炒勻;

  3、鍋中放油,油熱後将胡蘿蔔絲炒軟,盛出備用;

  4、炒好的胡蘿蔔放入雞蛋丁和木耳,加入适量的青菜末、鹽、五香粉拌勻,餃子餡料調成;

  5、溫水一點一點的加入面粉中,用手将面粉打成雪花狀的絮,然後将面粉絮揉成一團蓋
