  1、先和面,成面團後醒發30分鐘,将醒發的面團撒上澱粉,制成抄手皮。

  2、抄手皮中放入餡料,卷起向内捏合成抄手。

  3、水溫90下抄手,另取碗放入調料,用開水沖開,将青菜焯熟,煮好的抄手和青菜放入碗中即可。
