1、準備原材料,米醋能沒過大蒜即可,盡量多備一袋;

2、大蒜剝去外皮,挑出帶傷,損壞的,棄之不用,将挑好的每個蒜瓣用小刀切去底部,便于加速變綠;

3、然後将蒜裝入無水無油,幹淨的密封瓶子,倒入釀制米醋,瓶口蓋上一層保鮮膜,或者幹淨保鮮袋,蓋上蓋子,密封腌制;

4、五天後,基本變綠,一周之後通體變綠,嘗一口,酸甜脆爽,就着餃子或者其他食物一起實用,很美味。
