  1、材料:淨青筍500克,菜油75克,水木耳50克,魚辣椒3根,水芡粉2克,鹽2克,好湯25克,蔥段50克,姜片1克,蒜片0.5克。

  2、将青筍選淨,切成姜糖塊碼鹽0.5克約2分鐘,透清水,晾幹水分;蔥、魚辣椒切成馬耳朵狀。

  3、油鍋燒至八成熱,下入姜、蒜、蔥、魚辣椒煵趕,加鹽後即倒入青筍炒轉,舀入湯,放木耳,勾二流芡起鍋,盛入盤。
